Liberal Lesbian Arrested at KKK Rally Protesting Abortion

OK, so you’ll never see that headline.

But the opposite, of course, has been published. Again.

Anti-gay senator arrested ‘after leaving gay club’.

It’s like déjà vu all over again.

Former Idaho Republican Senator Larry Craig, former Florida Republican Representative Mark Foley, conservative evangelical pastor Ted Haggard, and now Republican CA state Senator Roy Ashburn.

Yup. Ashburn’s a flamer.

How did the closeted hate monger explain it all away?

I was just following orders.

Hmm… I don’t know Bakersfield, home town of K Fed, but I wonder how they feel about being scapegoated for all of Ashburn’s anti-gay initiatives.

Some gays have faced the news with humor. Shocking, I know right.

In the days following the arrest, FACES, the gay club visited before the DUI (with unidentified male passenger. lol) posted this bon mot on their website:

“Sacramento’s Premier Nightclub, accepting all patrons 21 and older, including Republican Senators.”
