I started performing parkour when I was 12 years old. All through high school I was challenged by other kids on the football field or in the gym. Everyone in school wanted to know if I was better than everyone else. This was 17 years ago. I have not really practiced since then except for a back flip here and there. I seemed to have lost my confidence and I feel like by body is a lot heavier than it used to be. How can I get back into it and become great like Ryan?
