Some low-life stooped to mugging a cute wittle westie terrier on a busy Park Slope, Brooklyn street.
Jacked for a $25 doggie coat, the elderly pup was left shivering, whether from cold or fear, we can only guess.
Like stealing candy from a baby.
I hope it gets classified as a hate crime.
