Is Kelly Bensimon Slowly Morphing Into Little Edie Beale?

Fueled by the popularity of her on-screen nervous breakdown on ‘The Real Housewives of New York’ last fall, krazy Kelly just can’t seem to shut up.

Holed up in her Grey Gardens-like Hamptons mansion, she keeps releasing scary snippets of her own self-made documentary.

One can only imagine the fodder produced if Edith Bouvier Beale had her own Twitter account!

We already know that Little Edie and her mother were victims of “systematic bullying” by the town of East Hampton and its residents. After all, “They’ll arrest you for wearing red shoes on a Thursday!”

Maybe Bobby Frankel once asked Little Edie to marry him?

Like Little Edie, Little Kiki is apparently interested in keeping fit.

But am I really the only one getting a ‘poor man’s Little Edie’ vibe from kooky Kelly’s unsolicited tangents?

I’m really disappointed that Kikilette (That’s French for ‘Little Kiki’, n’est-ce que pas?) didn’t upload a July 4th video of her doing a patriotic flag-waving routine in the entry hall.

Then again, showbiz is really more “Countess” Luann’s domain, innit?!
